Molded squeegee

Tighter durometer control (Batch to batch and part to part)
Tighter dimensional tolerance (+/-.005" Width and Height) ( Typical
height tolerance on sliced squeegee is +/- .015" ), ( Angle +/- 1/2 degree
)
Longer Edge life (molded edges have a slight radius)
Straighter Edges (offers better print control from even pressure)
Accurate angles (offers better print control from consistent angle of
attack)
SuperTough Polyurethane offers longer life, less screen wear,
and improved ink or paste release.
Custom sizes can be molded to your specifications in our , SuperTough
Polyurethane, or Silicone.
Custom Colors are also available upon request.
